AOT Technologies was founded in 2008 by Bob Tuffin to provide unbeatable IT support to private consumers and businesses at competitive prices.  Today we believe that we still offer this fantastic service at the same great rates.

We are also the only IT support solution in Brighton and Hove who has all of the following:

Our work ethic and dedication to our clients has always put us a cut above the rest. Our main core abilities include:

  • Good communication skills. We always talk in simple English never using techno jargon that not everyone understands and we are always very personable too!
  • Quick response to problems ensures that clients’ downtime is limited to the shortest period possible.  We aim to be with our clients within 24 hours in emergency situations; however, we are usually with them the very same day.
  • Supplying cost effective, environmentally aware, products. These include recycled parts and low energy devices.
  • Providing support outside the standard ‘9 to 5’ hours. We offer evening and weekend appointments to all our clients which ensures that we are only a phone call away if something does go wrong.
  • Using qualified technicians in our fully equipped and ESD workshop we have the ability to perform intricate repairs within a time frame and at a cost that we believe to be a cut above the rest.


AOT Technologies carries £2 million of Public Liability insurance as well as £100,000 of Professional Indemnity insurance to give all our clients total peace of mind.
