We always keep our pricing clear and simple, and we will always agree prices with you before work is undertaken. All prices listed below are exclusive of VAT.
Hardware & Software Repairs
Assessment charge - £59.95
In order to accurately diagnose and isolate the issue with your system, we must first perform a suite of diagnostic tests. The purpose of these tests is to ensure that the issue can be identified and be fully resolved. We can also provide you with a hardware report following this process. The diagnosis process will usually also include a range of fast fix repairs which may resolve the reported issue. So the only cost to repair the product will be the assessment charge.
If, following diagnosis, a hardware fault is discovered and a part needs to be replaced, our diagnosis charge will be reduced by 75% should we be asked to carry out the required work. Our typical labour charge on hardware repairs will generally fit into one of three tiers, which closely resemble the Apple tier structure. These tiers also apply to hardware upgrades:
- Tier 1 - £19.95
This tier covers the majority of small/minor work such as the installation of RAM (memory), airport cards and batteries. - Tier 2 - £64.95
Most repairs usually fall into this tier as it encompasses work such as hard drive or optical drive replacements, together with track pad repairs and graphics card changes. - Tier 3 - £114.95
This tier is for all major work such as logicboard replacements, LCD replacements and repairs to screen hinges.
These tiers are just a guideline and certain products tier classification may differ from the above. We will always advise what tier a repair will be classified as when providing an estimate for the repair/upgrade.
General workshop labour - £50.00 per hour
If a repair does not fall into any of the above tiers then our standard workshop labour rates apply. This usually applies to software based work such as operating system reinstalls and software installation and configuration. Workshop labour is charged in ten minute increments.

Technical support, Installation & Training
Our onsite rate for these services starts from just £55.00 per hour, with no call out charges for the Brighton & Hove area. Our minimum appointment time is one hour.
Other Services
Collection / delivery charge - from £8.00
To help reduce the stress of having an issue with a product, we offer a door-to-door collect and/or return service to all our customers. Prices for this service in the Brighton and Hove area are £8.00 for collection/return. Collection and return would be £15.00. If you are outside this area, a small supplement charge may apply.
