AOT Technologies has the ability to provide more specialised services to our clients when they need them most.
Sometimes our clients require a level of service which demands very high levels of trust, ability and care. This is when AOT Technologies has an opportunity to demonstrate its uniqueness.
Some examples of this work are:
- One of our very first clients was a gentleman in his 80's who wanted to learn how to use a computer so he could email his relatives in the UK and abroad. Using our practical techno jargon free teaching methods, he now emails friends and family on a regular basis, as well as making video calls.
- Providing a complete overhaul of the Allsorts Youth Project IT infrastructure. This involved supplying new PC's, network equipment, a file server and upgrading all the computers to run Windows 7 Professional. This package has given them one of the most cost effective and durable IT setups available.
- Performing data recovery for some clients whose hard drive corrupted. They contacted us as they had irreplaceable pictures and movies of their children growing up and were distraught that these would be lost forever. AOT Technologies was able to recover all the movies and pictures at a fraction of the cost of other data recovery companies.
- Overhauling a computer for a small business that had issues with Windows Vista. The computer contained highly valuable data for the running of their business, including their entire accounting system. We collected their laptop at 7pm and returned it at 8am the following morning ready for another days work with a fresh install of Windows 7 and the laptop running better than new.
