Repairs & Upgrades
As a rule we say “If it’s broken, we can fix it!” All work conducted to diagnose, repair or upgrade your computer will always be carried out by an experienced and qualified technician in a fully equipped and ESD (Electro Static Discharge) safe workshop. We do this to ensure no harm comes to your computer, as well as giving you total peace of mind and our guarantee of the highest standard of workmanship.
Most of the time we need to perform general diagnosis work to find and verify the exact issue with the system. Although we have normally been informed of the issue, it is essential that we investigate this ourselves to ensure that we repair your equipment fully, thoroughly and as promptly as possible. Technical Support
We offer a variety of support options to help with more general issues such as printers not working correctly or a program that continually comes up with an error message. For such events, we offer a callout to your home or office premises, you can deliver the computer to us or we can collect it from you. Finally, we can offer a remote support session where we share your screen, mouse and keyboard just as if we were sitting next to you. Installation & Setup
We can offer the exact assistance you need to setup your new PC and peripherals to ensure that the whole system and all devices are working together as they should. We can assist with transferring your files and applications from an existing PC to a new one, as well as setting up routers for wireless internet, printers and much more. We have extensive experience in working with many different peripherals and especially configuring networks to operate reliably and securely.

Training
We offer bespoke training to enable you to get the most from your PC. Our training can be provided in your workplace or home. We will go at a pace to suit you and will explain everything in simple, plain English that you will understand. We will also teach you exactly what you want to know and what will benefit you the most so that you can harness the great abilities of your PC.
We offer training in Windows XP, Vista and 7, together with Microsoft’s Office Suite versions 2003, 2007 and 2010.
